Hi! Welcome to my new website about health, fitness, competing, and lifestyles. I am proud to bring this new website to my fans and friends. I am hoping that with the articles I have written and am going to continue to write, that I can help many people with the same issues that I have struggled with. My website is still under construction. I have a lot going on and I am trying to tackle a few different areas every day. I am proud to say that I am the Official Sales and Marketing Rep for the Southeastern United States for Oxygenfit. I am going to be competing in the NPC in 2008. Chicken or Tuna Salad Surprise 1 can Bumblebee Low Sodium Albacore Tuna or 5 oz Baked or Grilled Plain Chicken Breast with 1 tbsp Smart Balance Mayo 1 tbsp Organic Flax Seed Oil 1 oz of Raw Walnuts or Almonds 2 tbsp Organic Ground Flax Seeds 1 med. Fuji Apple cut into small pieces Mix all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. This is a complete meal with protein, healthy fats, and lower glycemic index carbs. Great post workout or anytime of the day! You will never know it is good for you! I love it and so does everyone that tries it! Let me know what you think!
